3.1 A MEMBER of any program, upon enrollment, accepts receiving access, identifying them as a MEMBER of any program, which will allow them to access exclusive benefits applicable solely to them internationally.
3.2 Their access will enable the MEMBER of any mentorship to view their private information and have access to their personal and non-transferable account automatically assigned by the program, reflecting all actions carried out under the terms and conditions of the program.
3.3 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the program (including, but not limited to: investments, benefits, incentives, validity, equivalences, policies, promotions, special offers, etc.) or terminate the program at any time by notifying MEMBERS of any program through the pages promoted by the company.
3.4 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO will grant exclusive benefits, special discounts, and offers superior to the average for MEMBERS of any program, according to current conditions and promotions determined by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO. Specific applicable conditions (coverage, accumulation/discount percentage, validity, restrictions, etc.) will be communicated periodically through company events or the program's website.
3.5 A MEMBER of any program will be informed by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO through any of the program's communication channels.
3.6 MEMBERS of any program are strictly prohibited from selling or transferring their benefits to third parties or transferring them to any other MEMBER of any program or an outsider.
4.CHARACTERISTICS OF LEGACY BENEFITS.
4.1 The benefits of the LEGACY program, as well as those of any other program, mentorship, or service provided by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. de C.V., will not have separate monetary value nor can they be individualized. These benefits may only be enjoyed exclusively by the LEGACY MEMBER and will not be cumulative. As a result, the LEGACY MEMBER may not demand from UNA VIDA UN LEGADO, under any argument, the payment or refund of any liquid amount due to the accumulation or non-use of any or all benefits offered by the membership.
5.OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER of any program.
5.1 As a result of their registration and adherence to the program, MEMBERS of any program expressly agree to comply with the obligations detailed below, as well as any others that may arise from the content of this document.
5.2 The obligations of the MEMBERS of any program are:

5.5 Not to perform, facilitate, or enable activities through the LEGACY program that infringe upon the rights of third parties or may be considered unlawful or illegal and to provide, at the request of governmental or judicial authorities, any necessary information to clarify such activities.
5.6 Not to engage in activities aimed at obtaining illicit or undue benefits.
5.7 To immediately notify UNA VIDA UN LEGADO of any incident that allows unauthorized access by third parties to the platform of any MEMBER of any program, resulting from theft, loss, or unauthorized access, to proceed with its immediate cancellation. Communications and actions carried out under unauthorized access will be considered invalid once UNA VIDA UN LEGADO has received a cancellation request from the MEMBER of any program.
5.8 Not to engage in improper, disrespectful, or aggressive activities, or make inappropriate comments towards THE COMPANY, any of its members, or other MEMBERS of any program. Violation of this clause will result in expulsion from the program without any refund. This clause applies to all activities included in the LEGACY PROGRAM without exception.
5.9 To always act with respect and honor towards UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V., its members, and any other MEMBER of any program.
6.SUSPENSION, DISQUALIFICATION, AND DEATH.
6.1 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO reserves the right to cancel the participation of any member in the LEGACY Program who, in its judgment, has committed fraud, abuse, or any violation of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM or its benefits.
6.2 From the moment a MEMBER of any program is disqualified for any applicable reason, they automatically lose all rights acquired in the LEGACY program.
6.3 Additionally, in the event of the death of a MEMBER of any program, their participation in the program will be automatically canceled.
7.OBLIGATIONS OF UNA VIDA UN LEGADO.
7.1 The obligations of UNA VIDA UN LEGADO are as follows:

8.CREDIT HISTORY AND PAYMENT.
8.1 By joining the LEGACY program, MEMBERS of any program expressly authorize UNA VIDA UN LEGADO to review their credit history at any time during their participation in the LEGACY PROGRAM. This includes, but is not limited to, the express authorization granted to UNA VIDA UN LEGADO to check their personal credit status with the Credit Bureau or similar institutions.
8.2 Payments for the LEGACY program may be made in cash, electronic bank transfers, or by credit or debit card, with the latter being payable either in full or in installments. If applicable, MEMBERS of any program authorize UNA VIDA UN LEGADO to make monthly charges until the full amount is paid.
9.INVOICING.
9.1 MEMBERS of any program agree and acknowledge that they have only seven (7) calendar days after purchasing any product owned by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO to request the corresponding invoice.
10.OTHER CONDITIONS.
10.1 Membership fees for UNA VIDA UN LEGADO programs may vary without prior notice at the discretion of UNA VIDA UN LEGADO.
10.2 MEMBERS of any program expressly authorize UNA VIDA UN LEGADO to send them information, promotions, and offers tailored to their personal and purchasing profile through any available communication channels (email, printed letters, telephone, text messages, or others).
10.3 MEMBERS of any program acknowledge that CONTEXTO MILLONARIO, LEGACY, LEGACY PLATINO, and their respective logos are registered trademarks owned by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO.
11.PERSONAL DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
11.1 The data voluntarily provided by MEMBERS of any program through the registration form or other means during their relationship with UNA VIDA UN LEGADO will be included in an automated personal data file to offer products and services that best suit their needs and preferences.
11.2 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided and commits to using them according to the program’s purposes without transferring them to third parties without the MEMBER’s consent.
11.3 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO does not sell any personal information of MEMBERS of any program to third parties. All information provided is treated as confidential.
11.4 MEMBERS of any program may unsubscribe from the service at any time without any cost or penalty, but acknowledge that no refunds will be provided for their initial investment.
12.NO ASSOCIATION.
12.1 The signing of this agreement does not constitute a partnership, employment relationship, or any other type of association between UNA VIDA UN LEGADO and MEMBERS of any program. The term MEMBER of any program is used exclusively to express their affiliation with the LEGACY program.
13.INDEMNIFICATION
13.1 By accepting these terms and conditions, the user agrees to indemnify UNA VIDA UN LEGADO, its subsidiaries, licensors, directors, representatives, and employees against any claims, costs, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from any breach of these terms or misuse of the website.
14.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
14.1 The website contains materials owned by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. and is protected under copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.
15.TERRITORIALITY AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.
15.1 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO services are available to natural and legal persons of any nationality, provided they purchase the LEGACY membership program.
15.2 For the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement, both MEMBERS of any program and UNA VIDA UN LEGADO expressly submit to the jurisdiction and laws of the courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

During the global contingency period and the health and prevention measures issued by the government of the Mexican Republic due to COVID-19, all activities included in the LEGACY PROGRAM are subject to change without prior notice, in order to comply with all necessary recommended precautions.
Each activity in the ACQUIRED PROGRAM, until further notice, requires MEMBERS of any program to undergo a mandatory PCR test at their own expense to detect COVID-19 and submit the results to the company to allow access to the corresponding activity. If the test result is positive, MEMBERS of any program accept and acknowledge that the activity will be rescheduled. Under no circumstances or exceptions will this cause a total or partial refund of the program, and UNA VIDA UN LEGADO is released from any liability for incorrect results that any laboratory test may produce.
Having read these terms and conditions and understanding the legal scope of each and every point agreed upon herein, I express my consent to electronically sign and accept them in order to enjoy the services offered by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V., releasing them from all liability. I commit to indemnify and hold UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. harmless from any claims and/or legal proceedings filed against the service provider, including reasonable legal defense costs that may arise for UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V.

RAFFLE
When purchasing any of the PROGRAMS, the buyer will receive a ticket number, which will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or any other contact method, to participate in the car raffle.
To win, participants must be present (physically or online) at the Business Leader event. If the participant is not present (physically or online) at the event, they will have 2 minutes to contact the company. If they fail to do so, another winning number will be drawn, and this process will continue until a winner is confirmed.
The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or any other reward.
The prize is personal and non-transferable. If the winner, for any reason, cannot or does not want to accept the prize or declines it, UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. will hold a new raffle for the prize.
UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to disqualify a winner if misuse of the ticket number is identified.

The person with the winning ticket number will have 60 calendar days to claim the car in CDMX. Otherwise, the right to claim the car will be forfeited.

10.3 MEMBERS of any program acknowledge that CONTEXTO MILLONARIO, LEGACY, LEGACY PLATINO, and their respective logos are registered trademarks owned by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO.
11.PERSONAL DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
11.1 The data voluntarily provided by MEMBERS of any program through the registration form or other means during their relationship with UNA VIDA UN LEGADO will be included in an automated personal data file to offer products and services that best suit their needs and preferences.
11.2 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided and commits to using them according to the program’s purposes without transferring them to third parties without the MEMBER’s consent.
11.3 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO does not sell any personal information of MEMBERS of any program to third parties. All information provided is treated as confidential.
11.4 MEMBERS of any program may unsubscribe from the service at any time without any cost or penalty, but acknowledge that no refunds will be provided for their initial investment.
12.NO ASSOCIATION.
12.1 The signing of this agreement does not constitute a partnership, employment relationship, or any other type of association between UNA VIDA UN LEGADO and MEMBERS of any program. The term MEMBER of any program is used exclusively to express their affiliation with the LEGACY program.
13.INDEMNIFICATION
13.1 By accepting these terms and conditions, the user agrees to indemnify UNA VIDA UN LEGADO, its subsidiaries, licensors, directors, representatives, and employees against any claims, costs, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from any breach of these terms or misuse of the website.
14.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
14.1 The website contains materials owned by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. and is protected under copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.
15.TERRITORIALITY AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.
15.1 UNA VIDA UN LEGADO services are available to natural and legal persons of any nationality, provided they purchase the LEGACY membership program.
15.2 For the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement, both MEMBERS of any program and UNA VIDA UN LEGADO expressly submit to the jurisdiction and laws of the courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
ANNEX April 24, 2020
During the global contingency period and the health and prevention measures issued by the government of the Mexican Republic due to COVID-19, all activities included in the LEGACY PROGRAM are subject to change without prior notice, in order to comply with all necessary recommended precautions.
Each activity in the ACQUIRED PROGRAM, until further notice, requires MEMBERS of any program to undergo a mandatory PCR test at their own expense to detect COVID-19 and submit the results to the company to allow access to the corresponding activity. If the test result is positive, MEMBERS of any program accept and acknowledge that the activity will be rescheduled. Under no circumstances or exceptions will this cause a total or partial refund of the program, and UNA VIDA UN LEGADO is released from any liability for incorrect results that any laboratory test may produce.
Having read these terms and conditions and understanding the legal scope of each and every point agreed upon herein, I express my consent to electronically sign and accept them in order to enjoy the services offered by UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V., releasing them from all liability. I commit to indemnify and hold UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. harmless from any claims and/or legal proceedings filed against the service provider, including reasonable legal defense costs that may arise for UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V.

ANNEX 2
RAFFLE
When purchasing any of the PROGRAMS, the buyer will receive a ticket number, which will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or any other contact method, to participate in the car raffle.
To win, participants must be present (physically or online) at the Business Leader event. If the participant is not present (physically or online) at the event, they will have 2 minutes to contact the company. If they fail to do so, another winning number will be drawn, and this process will continue until a winner is confirmed.
The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or any other reward.
The prize is personal and non-transferable. If the winner, for any reason, cannot or does not want to accept the prize or declines it, UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. will hold a new raffle for the prize.
UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to disqualify a winner if misuse of the ticket number is identified.
UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to make modifications or add annexes to the mechanics as long as they are justified, do not harm the winners, and are properly communicated.
The car is located in Mexico City (CDMX). If the winning ticket holder resides in another state or country, they will be responsible for all transportation expenses. UNA VIDA UN LEGADO S.A. DE C.V. is exempt from any responsibility and/or any other costs related to the delivery or transfer of ownership of the prize.
The person with the winning ticket number will have 60 calendar days to claim the car in CDMX. Otherwise, the right to claim the car will be forfeited.
Under no circumstances is the prize transferable.
